By purchasing or using Rankings Boost (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Service Description
Rankings Boost simulates realistic user engagement signals for your landing page during the selected campaign duration (1 day, 3 days or 7 days). The goal is to accelerate testing in search results by concentrating authentic behavior patterns.
We do not guarantee top rankings, specific traffic or revenue.
Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities
- Your site must have Domain Authority (DA) ≥ 30 (according to Ahrefs) and rank in positions 1–100 for at least one provided keyword.
- You must provide 1–3 keywords and a valid canonical destination URL.
- You agree not to engage in other manipulative tactics that could confuse measurement during the campaign period.
- The site must be fully functional and indexed by Google.
Campaign Window and Measurement
"Campaign duration" means the plan you purchased (1, 3 or 7 days). The guarantee measurement window is the campaign duration plus 2 calendar days.
Ranking movement is evaluated using reliable SEO tools (e.g.: Ahrefs, Semrush) or our internal tracking when available.
Money-Back Guarantee
✅ Conditions for Refund:
- • If your landing page does not move to a better ranking position for any provided keyword within campaign duration + 2 days, we will refund 100% of your purchase.
- • You must meet all eligibility requirements.
- • Must submit a request within 7 days of the end of the window.
❌ Disqualifications:
- • "Move" or "positive movement" means any improvement to a lower numerical position (e.g.: position 32 → 29). Any positive movement in the window disqualifies a refund.
- • No refund for restricted content or if eligibility requirements are not met.
- • No refund for accounts engaging in conflicting manipulative tactics during campaign period + 2 days.
Prohibited Content
We may refuse or terminate campaigns involving illegal content, hate, harassment, exploitation or other categories at our discretion. This includes:
- Sites with adult or illegal content
- Unlicensed pharmaceutical products
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
- Content that promotes violence or discrimination
- Unlicensed gambling sites
Payments and Billing
- You authorize charging of the selected payment method for the purchased plan.
- Chargebacks made without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
- All prices are shown in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party processors. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.
Limitation of Liability
Important: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankings Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in competent jurisdiction courts in New Zealand.
